Job summary

Hyra, a healthcare technology company, seeks a seasoned software specialist to integrate AI into a broad SaaS portfolio and build cloud-native services across the full stack, influencing medical workflows for practitioners and patients.

You will work with frontend, backend, and DevOps, applying AI features using LLMs, retrieval, and structured workflows, and advocate best practices for reliable, secure, scalable software in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in CS, SE, or related field with strong academics.
• Extensive senior-level full-stack experience.
• Hands-on with Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes and cloud environments.
• Proficient German and English; strong proactive problem-solving.

This role focuses on the integration of artificial intelligence into a broad SaaS portfolio to improve medical workflows. The successful candidate will work across the full stack to build cloud-native services that directly impact practitioners and patients.

What we're looking for

• Extensive senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with deep knowledge of React, Angular, Java Spring Boot, or Python.
• A graduate degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong academic record.
• Practical experience with technologies such as Kafka, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to implement AI tools in software engineering, including experience with LLM SDKs and AI pipeline design.
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English with strong proactive problem-solving skills.
