Job summary

Hyra is seeking a Technical Lead to guide a cross-functional team of engineers and QA specialists, overseeing the technical roadmap for established software solutions in Germany. The role focuses on modernising existing codebases and integrating advanced automated workflows into the development lifecycle.

You will mentor a diverse group, manage the technical roadmap with product management, and drive architectural modernization to create modular, maintainable systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical leadership or people management role within a software engineering environment.
• Strong background in systems programming, desktop app development, and database management.
• Experience modernising legacy architectures and decoupling complex functionalities.
• Fluency in German and English; communicating technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders.
