Job summary

Hyra seeks a senior software specialist to design and operate modern web applications within a SaaS portfolio, spanning frontend, backend, and DevOps. You will weave AI-native features into workflows for medical professionals and patients, using LLMs and structured patterns.

You will collaborate with product, UX, and architecture teams to define AI engineering guidelines and translate complex healthcare workflows into practical features with an outcomes focus.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in full-stack engineering with React/Angular/Java Spring Boot or Python.
• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven AI in software engineering experience, including agentic coding tools and context engineering.
• Fluency in German and English with strong proactive problem-solving skills.

• Proven track record of applying AI in software engineering, including the use of agentic coding tools and context engineering.
• Professional fluency in both German and English with strong proactive problem-solving skills.
