The Team – your impact

Join our dynamic Automation and Analytics team within the Vendor Delivery unit at E.ON Digital Technology GmbH. As a Software Asset Management Integration Expert you will take on a key position in shaping the technical foundation of our IT landscape. You will drive the integration and enhancement of Flexera FNMS, ServiceNow, and other SAM platforms, ensuring seamless connectivity with ITSM and ERP systems. Your contributions will directly influence our strategic direction, compliance posture, and operational excellence.

Your Role – meaningful & rewarding

• Lead the implementation, optimization, and integration of Flexera FNMS, ServiceNow, and other SAM tools
• Design and oversee system architectures that connect SAM platforms with ITSM and ERP systems
• Develop technical specifications and architectural blueprints for SAM-related systems
• Define and enforce governance frameworks for software asset management and IT compliance
• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team on risk mitigation, cost optimization, and license compliance

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• Extensive experience in designing and integrating complex system architectures within SAM environments
• Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance standards, and strategic process design
• Proven expertise in implementing technical interfaces between SAM, ITSM, and ERP systems
• Ability to translate technical concepts into strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders
• Experience in defining and monitoring KPIs, policies, and control mechanisms
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead international project teams
• Relevant university degree
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
