FRASER is seeking a German-speaking Mid–level/Senior Account Manager to own client relationships from briefing through delivery. You will bridge clients and internal teams, ensuring briefs, orga nisation, and quality delivery across international projects.

You will manage day-to-day client relationships, lead campaigns, translate needs into briefs, coordinate across teams, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with senior leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3–6+ years of experience in account management, client services or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing clients and projects independently.
• Strong understanding of creative agency workflows.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Openness to work in an international, multicultural environment.
• Confident, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of budgets and scope.
• Fluent German and English.

We are looking for a German-speaking Mid–level/Senior Account Manager to join our Account Management team and take ownership of client relationships and projects from briefing through to delivery. You’ll be the link between our clients and internal teams, ensuring work is well briefed, organised and delivered to a high standard.
