Location : Barcelona, Spain

Shift : Morning Shift (08:00 - 16:00)

Schedule : Monday to Sunday with two rotational weekends off per month

Salary :

Gross Yearly : 24,816.05 euro

Gross Monthly : 2,068 euro

5. Escalate critical issues to the relevant internal teams.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to improve moderation processes.

• Native or near-native German (C1-C2) and good English communication (B2+).
• Comfortable reviewing content that may be sensitive or distressing.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical thinking.
• Able to thrive under pressure and manage time effectively.
• Basic computer skills and ability to quickly learn new tools.
• Experience in content moderation is a plus but not required.
