Job summary

Geek+ is a global tech company delivering autonomous mobile robot (AMR) warehouse automation solutions. We are seeking graduates expected to complete between September 2026 and August 2027 to join our on-site project delivery team across Europe, including Germany.

You will collaborate with customers, suppliers, installation teams, and internal R&D, product, and software teams to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management, Electrical Engineering and Information Technology, Automation Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in project management and automation system delivery
• Good organizational, coordination, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills with ability to drive issues to resolution

Responsibilities

• Support on-site implementation and end-to-end delivery of AMR warehouse automation projects across Europe
• Coordinate customers, suppliers, installation teams, and R&D/product/software teams for smooth delivery
• Track project schedules and monitor installation, commissioning, testing, and acceptance activities
• Ensure site quality, safety, and compliance with installation standards, identify issues and coordinate timely resolution
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including records, risk registers, and lessons learned
• Coordinate on-site resources including personnel, equipment, materials, and external partners
• Contribute to standardised delivery processes and drive continuous improvements in delivery efficiency

Responsibilities

• Support on-site implementation and end-to-end delivery of autonomous mobile robot (AMR) warehouse automation projects across Europe
• Assist Project Managers in coordinating customers, suppliers, installation teams, and internal R&D, product, and software teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Track project schedules and monitor on-site installation, commissioning, system integration, testing, and acceptance activities
• Help ensure site quality, safety, and compliance with installation standards, proactively identifying issues and coordinating timely resolution
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including installation records, acceptance documentation, risk registers, and lessons learned
• Support on-site resource coordination, including personnel, equipment, materials, and external partners
• Contribute to the development of standardised project delivery processes and drive continuous improvements in delivery efficiency

Requirements
