This role targets developers with 2-5 years+ ServiceNow experience, offering exposure to enterprise-scale transformations and mentoring opportunities within an established engineering team.

Qualifikationen

• 2-5 years' commercial ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience developing rather than purely administering ServiceNow.
• JavaScript development skills.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and AJAX.
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Understanding of relational databases.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with LDAP, Active Directory, SSO or web services.

We're supporting a leading technology consultancy as it continues to expand its ServiceNow practice, delivering enterprise-scale transformation programmes for a broad portfolio of secure UK clients.

This is an excellent opportunity for ServiceNow Developers with around 2-5 years+ ServiceNow experience who are looking to work on complex platform implementations, enhance their technical expertise and progress within an established engineering team.

The Opportunity

You’ll play a key role in designing, building and enhancing ServiceNow solutions that improve IT service delivery and operational efficiency across large enterprise environments.

Working within Agile delivery teams, you’ll collaborate with architects, consultants and business stakeholders to develop scalable solutions, configure platform functionality and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple client projects.

Developers with stronger commercial experience will also have the opportunity to mentor colleagues, lead technical workstreams and take ownership of more complex solution components.

• Experience working within Agile or Scrum delivery environments.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

ServiceNow Modules

Experience in one or more of the following would be particularly valuable:

• ITSM
• ITOM
• ITAM
• CMDB

Certifications

One or more of the following is desirable:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications

Working Pattern

• Hybrid working model.
• Typically 1-2 days per week on client site, depending on project requirements.
• Opportunities available across the UK, including projects in Manchester, London, Birmingham, Bristol and Woking.

Security Requirements

Due to the nature of the project work: candidates must be eligible to obtain UK Security Clearance, if you are unsure on this process
