Job summary

Fujitsu in Germany seeks a ServiceNow consultant to contribute to implementation projects across multiple locations. You will design, develop, and deliver solutions, and take responsibility for sub-project delivery.

The role requires degree in business or informatics, ITIL knowledge, ServiceNow certification, and experience with public sector or retail. Travel about 10% is expected; the company offers flexible hours and extensive development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or Business Informatics or equivalent.
• Experience in process and platform consulting.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management; ITIL core ITSM a plus.
• ServiceNow certification; additional implementation certs are advantageous.
• Public sector or retail experience is a plus.
• Know-how of XML/HTML/JavaScript/JSON and Web Services.
• Awareness of agile project management (SCRUM).
• Strong communication, customer focus and analytical approach.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Your Responsibilities

• Contribute to exciting and challenging ServiceNow implementation projects for our customers


• Design, develop, and advise on solutions across various process and platform areas


• Take responsibility for the planning, design, and delivery of (sub-)projects


• Review, customize, and enhance existing ServiceNow implementations


• Collaborate within technical project teams to develop innovative solutions


• Drive continuous improvement and enhancement of our services

What You Bring

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience in process and platform consulting


• Knowledge of Enterprise Service Management, ideally with an ITIL certification for the core ITSM area


• Solid experience with ServiceNow or other service management platforms


• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification; additional implementation certifications are advantageous (preferred: ITSM, HRSD, SAM/HAM)


• Experience within the Public Sector and/or Retail industry is an advantage


• Conceptual knowledge of web technologies such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, JSON, and Web Services


• Knowledge of agile project management and agile software development methodologies (SCRUM)


• Strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and an analytical approach to work


• Ability to consult and present effectively in both German and English


• Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
