Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the breakfast area together with colleagues and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Motivate and guide your team with a positive attitude.
• Responsible for correct billing and bookings in the Matrix/Protel system.
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards.
• Handle short-term challenges with a supervisory mindset.
• Prepare and manage duty rosters, inventory, orders, and incoming goods control.
