Aufgaben

• Plan and analyze projects, establish schedules and parameters, and set procedures for complex service applications.

• Enter projects, order and track parts, schedule labor with internal teams and customers, review project completion, and coordinate billing.
• Manage service projects from estimate through completion.
• Communicate with customers, building owners, mechanical contractors, other trades, subcontractors, and field support staff.
• Investigate customer concerns, implement corrective action, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Ensure assigned staff and subcontractors work safely according to Trane and OSHA policies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in project management, HVAC or related preferred
