A-ROSA Hotels Kühlungsborn is hiring for a position managing guest experience at our Baltic Sea hotel. You will advise on food and drink offers while ensuring a memorable holiday experience for our guests.

The ideal candidate should enjoy working with the public and have experience in a similar role or vocational training. The position comes with benefits such as travel discounts, a company pension scheme, and opportunities for internal training.

Responsibilities

• You manage a station and advise our guests on our food and drink offers
• You prepare the mise-en-place in the service area
• You inspire our guests for the products of the house and actively offer them
• You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to our guests at all times
