Job summary

A-ROSA Hotels Heringsdorf sucht eine/n Teammitglied für den Abendservice im Restaurant Giardino. Sie betreuen Gäste individuell, bereiten Mise-en-place vor und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Gastronomie bzw. Hotelbranche mit, besitzen Ausstrahlung, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten. Wir bieten Festanstellung, attraktive Vergütung und vielfältige Mitarbeitervorteile.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Gastronomie oder Hotelbranche.
• Gästeorientierte Servicekompetenz und Fingertipp bei Timing.

Responsibilities

• Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Service während des Abendbetriebs.
• Sie betreuen unsere Gäste individuell und stehen als Ansprechpartner zur Verfügung.
• Sie bereiten Mise-en-place vor und behalten den Überblick während des Serviceprozesses.

For our restaurant "Giardino" we are looking for reinforcement in the evening service.

• You ensure a smooth service during the evening service
• You look after our guests individually and are available as a contact person.
• You prepare the mise-en-place.
• You guide your staff and maintain an overview during the service process
• You inspire our guests for the products of the house and actively offer them
• You convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to the guests at all times.

What sets you apart

• Completed restaurant or hotel training (alternatively several years of professional experience in the field)
• A positive charisma and enthusiasm that you can convey to your guests and colleagues
• A competent, cordial demeanour as well as communication and teamwork skills
