A-ROSA Strandidyll in Heringsdorf sucht eine serviceorientierte Empfangskraft (m/w/d) mit Fokus auf Gastfreundschaft und professionellem Frontoffice-Service. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Früh- und Spätschicht an der Rezeption sowie die Sicherstellung eines erstklassigen Gästeservices.

Sie bearbeiten Beschwerden diskret, unterstützen Kreditrichtlinien und tragen dazu bei, das A-ROSA Erlebnis zu vermitteln. Werden Sie Teil unserer herzlichen Mannschaft am Meer.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Hotelfach oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung.
• Ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung und Gastfokus.
• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit.
• Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Verkaufsfreude.

Aufgaben

• Früh- und Spätdienste an der Rezeption übernehmen.
• Für exzellenten Gästeservice im eigenen Bereich sorgen.
• Aktive Unterstützung aller Prozesse an der Rezeption und allgemeine Frontoffice-Tätigkeiten.
• Beschwerden und Reklamationen entgegennehmen und vertraulich bearbeiten.
• Zu den Richtlinien für Kreditkarten- und Zahlungsabwicklungen beitragen.
• Gäste mit Begeisterung für das Hotelprodukt begeistern.
• Das Urlaubsgefühl der A-ROSA Gästen vorleben und vermitteln.

• You work the early and late shift at reception
• You ensure the best possible guest service within your department, taking into account special guests.
• You actively support all processes at reception and take on general front office tasks
• You accept complaints and claims and are responsible for handling them confidentially.
