Job summary

A-ROSA Hotels Heringsdorf is seeking a bar employee/bartender to deliver top-tier service by the sea. You will prepare drinks, guide guests in choosing cocktails, and keep the bar running smoothly with a focus on trend-aware offerings.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a hotel or restaurant specialist.
• Interest in developing cocktail trends and ideas.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a smooth service flow at the bar and at the tables.
• Prepare drinks and cocktails according to A-ROSA standards.
• Advise guests and make individual recommendations when selecting drinks.
• Incorporate new cocktail trends and ideas when creating cocktails.
• Prepare the mise-en-place in the bars.
• Check the work area for cleanliness and tidiness according to hygiene regulations.
• Enthuse guests for the products and actively promote them.
• Convey the A-ROSA holiday feeling to guests at all times.
