SD Worx is seeking a Senior Workday Integration Consultant to drive the rollout of the Global Payroll Cloud (GPC) across multiple countries. You will configure, deploy and validate integrations, ensuring data accuracy and system performance while aligning global standards with local onboarding requirements.

You will act as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on best practices, monitor integration performance, and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Workday HR and/or 3rd party integration.
• Strong experience with integrations and data formats such as XML, JSON, SFTP or XSLT.
• Experience with test cycles, including test planning and execution.
• Proven experience in international or multi-country environments.
• Strong analytical skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional knowledge of English
