Zusammenfassung

SD Worx in Germany is seeking an experienced payroll and HR administrator to manage accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s). You will follow up on, calculate, and check payroll processing and advise clients on payroll matters.

You will build long-term trusted relationships, stay up-to-date with social legislation, and identify improvements in processes. The role offers flexible remote/hybrid working, 30 days leave, health insurance, training, and additional benefits.

Which tasks can you expect?

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s).

Following up on, calculating, and checking payroll processing for your client(s).

Advising and guiding clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.

Building long-term trusted relationships with clients.

Acting as a contact point for the employer. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise in payroll and personnel administration.

Continuously identifying and implementing improvements and optimisations in existing work processes.

Knowledge of the payroll engine Accurat HCM is an advantage.

Can work independently and accurately.

Are familiar with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.

Contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair.

Possess strong communication skills and have a good command of German and English.
