Join to apply for the Senior UX Strategist (f/m/d) role at E.ON Digital Technology. We are looking for a professional who can lead UX design projects and guide clients to build user‑centric digital products in the energy sector.

As part of E.ON's Digital Technology organization, you will work closely with business units to accelerate our Digital Transformation strategy and support E.ON's ambition of a sustainable energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Raise awareness for UX principles and design thinking among product owners and program leads, and demonstrate their business value.
• Consult product teams on the appropriate implementation of UX methods and the integration of UX designers into their workflows.
• Facilitate workshops to drive innovation and coach teams in user‑centric methodologies.
• Co‑design a consistent, user‑friendly, and efficient UX across multiple platforms, including COTS software.
• Initiate user research, usability testing, and analytics to optimise product experience.
• Help clients prioritise features to maintain purpose, simplicity and clarity in UX.
• Plan and simulate end‑to‑end user journeys, ensuring security, accessibility and privacy.
• Promote sustainable, reusable UX design and support decision‑making for clients.

Qualifications

• BA/MA in Design, UX, Product‑Design or related fields.
• Extensive design & UX consulting experience.
• Background in digital transformation programmes, start‑ups or agencies as strategist, account manager or consultant.
• Strong understanding of corporate processes and ability to lead stakeholder decision‑making.
• Empathy for end‑users and anticipation of their needs, combined with creative problem‑solving skills.
• Knowledge of digital design tools (Miro, Figma), atomic design principles and design systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and German; effective collaboration with developers and cross‑functional teams.
