• Several years of experience in program management, technical program management or a comparable role in a technology or software environment.
• Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional software projects.
• Experience delivering results in short, high-intensity project cycles.
• Strong program management skills across planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate challenging conversations.
• Structured, analytical, action-oriented approach in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will drive complex, cross-functional projects across Engineering, Product, Project Management, Release Management, and customer-facing teams. You will bring structure and clarity to fast-moving projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and tight timelines.

You will create clear ownership, proactively identify risks and blockers, facilitate decisions, and ensure projects move forward efficiently. Beyond individual programs, you will help improve cross-functional collaboration and visibility through pragmatic, lightweight processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Several years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or a comparable role in a technology or software environment




• Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional software projects




• Experience delivering results in short, high-intensity project cycles, typically within one or two quarters




• Strong program management skills across planning, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication




• Ability to influence without formal authority and confidently navigate challenging conversations




• Structured, analytical, and action-oriented approach, even in ambiguous environments




• Strong experience working with engineering teams; deep technical expertise is a plus, but not required




• Excellent communication skills in English
