The Rec Hub is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to drive end-to-end recruitment across multiple non-tech verticals from Sales to People/HR in a fast-growing consumer tech business. You will partner with senior stakeholders and embed with the client to shape leadership and scale the organisation.

Based in the London area with hybrid working, the role emphasizes data-driven hiring, strategic pipeline building, and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience across 12 months of growth.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in in-house talent acquisition.
• Proven track record across multiple verticals including Sales, Marketing, Finance and People.
• Excellent search and talent mapping with the ability to build pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Senior Talent Partner – Non Tech

Hybrid - London

Fixed Term Contract – 12 months

We’re hiring a Senior Talent Partner to support a high-growth global consumer technology business as they scale their team.

We are partnering with them to support hiring across their core non tech verticals such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience and People/HR.

This role sits within our delivery team but works embedded with the client, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape the next layer of leadership in the organisation.

Your work will be visible, commercially important, and central to how the company scales.
