Currently, we are expanding our horizon through M&A of new Software and Hardware companies, as well as developing new product lineups in‑house.

This role will be dedicated to supporting companies from the Quantum‑Systems group after M&A, expanding our

best recruitment practices and onboarding them to our toolset.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Up to 50% time in Business Trips across Germany - Thüringen, Sachsen‑Anhalt, Bayern, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Mecklenburg‑Vorpommern

• Manage the full recruiting cycle – from first contact to job offer – and make sure every candidate has an awesome experience.

• Partner up with Hiring Managers to really get what makes each role unique.

• Be the trainer for the Hiring team to adapt to the new toolset and best practices

• Plan and lead cool talent projects like podcasts, open‑door days, or making our careers page feel more "us."

• Create tailored sourcing strategies and proactively reach out to talent that doesn’t even know they’re looking for us yet.

• Use the best tools, channels, and ideas to find, attract, and engage the people we need.

What you bring to the team:

• Readiness for regular Business Trips

• You already have several years of working experience within Recruiting (preferably Engineering or production Recruiting).

• You are familiar with Active Sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and other sourcing channels.

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered as an internal expert.

• Experience in organizing in‑house training

• You are highly self‑motivated and drive your area of responsibility independently.

• Fluency in English and German, additional languages as a plus.
