Zusammenfassung

NAXCON sucht für München eine/n Senior System Engineer zur Unterstützung von Design, Implementierung, Integration, Test und Betrieb komplexer IT-Service-Management-Lösungen. Sie arbeiten an Anforderungen, Architektur und Lösungsgestaltung über den gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg und leiten agile Teams.

Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung in IT-Architektur/Softwareentwicklung, Kenntnisse in ALM, ITIL/PRINCE2 sowie Jira/Confluence mit und arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld mit Reisetätigkeiten.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in IT-Architektur bzw. Softwareentwicklung.
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Architektur und in der Anforderungsarbeit.
• Erfahrung in Softwareentwicklung, Daten- und Workflow-Management.
• Erfahrung in ALM, Unit-/Integrations-/Abnahmetests.
• Führungserfahrung in agilen Umgebungen ist wünschenswert.
• Zertifizierungen wie ITIL Foundation v3+ und PRINCE2 sind erforderlich.

Aufgaben

• Unterstützung des Requirements-Managements und der -Engineering.
• Erstellung von Architektur- und Lösungskonzepten gemäß Architekturrichtlinien.
• Durchführung von Architekturentwürfen für Usability, Reporting und Systemfunktionen.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior System Engineer to support the design, implementation, integration, testing, and operation of complex IT Service Management solutions.

The role covers the complete lifecycle of modern IT solutions, from requirements engineering and architecture design through technical implementation, testing, deployment, and operational optimization.

The position combines requirements engineering, architecture and solution design, software development, testing, data migration, technical support, project leadership, and agile team coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, development teams, technical stakeholders, and project teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements management and requirements engineering.
• Elicit, document, validate, and manage technical requirements.
• Develop architecture designs in accordance with defined architecture guidelines.
• Develop solution designs covering usability, reporting, and system-specific functionality.
• Prepare effort estimates and project schedules based on solution designs.
• Implement technical solutions based on approved solution designs.
• Conduct different types of software testing, including unit and black-box testing.
• Support integration and acceptance testing.
• Prepare and execute technical implementations in production environments.
• Create and maintain:
• Test cases
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.
• Perform root-cause analysis and develop technical workarounds and solutions.
• Support knowledge transfer and enable colleagues to act as technical representatives.
• Ensure compliance with defined quality-assurance measures, including four-eyes principles during code reviews.
• Lead sub-projects and coordinate technical project activities.
• Lead or coordinate employees within an agile IT environment.
• Support self-organizing development teams and continuously improve collaboration.
• Apply agile methodologies, including Scrum Master practices.

The role involves working with complex IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms that support ITIL-based processes and the delivery of customized IT solutions.

Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms is highly relevant, particularly solutions used for service management, workflow management, reporting, data management, and business-process support.

Requirements

Education & Professional Experience

Candidates should have:

• A successfully completed Bachelor's degree in:
• Computer Science
• Business Informatics
• Information Technology

or

• Relevant vocational training, such as IT Specialist for Application Development or an equivalent qualification.

In addition:

• At least 7 years of professional experience in IT architecture and/or software development.

At least 2 years of practical experience in IT architecture, including:

• Creating architecture designs based on requirements.
• Translating business and technical requirements into technical architectures.

Requirements Engineering

At least 2 years of professional experience in requirements engineering, including:

• Requirements analysis and detailing.
• Requirements validation.
• Coordination and alignment of requirements with customers.

Software Development

At least 2 years of practical experience in software development within an ITSM or comparable enterprise application environment.

Experience should include:

• Creating detailed technical specifications.
• Effort estimation and scheduling.
• Technical implementation.
• Data and workflow management.

Testing & ALM

At least 2 years of experience in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), including:

• Unit testing.
• Integration testing.
• Acceptance testing.
• Test documentation and management.

At least 2 years of experience leading sub-projects and/or employees in an agile IT environment.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Technical team coordination.
• Leadership of development teams.
• Ability to support self-organizing teams.
• Strong understanding of agile working methods.

Certifications

The following certifications are required:

• ITIL Foundation v3 or higher
• PRINCE2

Time-limited certificates must remain valid at the time of submission.
