Qualifikationen

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Managerto lead complex IT infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on data centers and IT system migration.

The role covers the complete project lifecycle, from project setup and planning through implementation, monitoring, controlling, and successful completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects meet defined schedule, cost, quality, and delivery objectives while coordinating internal teams, customers, suppliers, and operational stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management & Delivery

• Lead IT infrastructure projects from initial setup through successful completion.
• Ensure achievement of project objectives regarding time, cost, quality, and scope.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and provide continuous project status transparency.
• Ensure compliance with project-specific implementation requirements and governance standards.
• Independently define, structure, coordinate, and monitor project work packages.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Act as the central point of contact for customers, operations, suppliers, and field service teams.

• Ensure clear and structured communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience as a project team member in IT projects focused on data centers or data center infrastructure, with a minimum allocation of 0.6 FTE.
• At least 6 years of practical experience as a Project Manager using classical, hybrid, and/or agile project management methodologies.
