CYBEX, based in Germany, seeks an Executive Search & Leadership Hiring Lead to drive end-to-end senior recruitment across the globe. The role focuses on Director, VP, SVP, and other critical leadership roles, combining market intelligence with direct search to build talent pipelines.

You will partner with the Executive Leadership Team, shaping hiring strategy, and delivering an exceptional candidate journey that reflects CYBEX's premium brand.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• Extensive experience in Executive Search and Leadership Recruitment.
• Track record hiring senior leadership (Director/VP/SVP) in international settings.
• Experience assessing talent with structured evaluation methods and competency frameworks.
• Experience in either top Executive Search firms or in-house executive search teams.
• Strong direct search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and assessment methodologies.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with ability to influence senior leaders.
• Commercial understanding to translate business strategy into talent strategies.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS solutions, SAP SuccessFactors desirable.
• Assessment Center experience is a plus.

• Executive Search & Leadership Hiring Lead end-to-end executive search processes for Director, VP, SVP, and other strategically critical leadership positions across CYBEX globally
• Talent Mapping & Market Intelligence Conduct continuous market mapping and competitor analysis to identify high-potential leadership talent and provide talent market insights to senior stakeholders
• Strategic Executive Sourcing Develop and execute innovative executive sourcing strategies utilizing direct search, networking, talent pools, industry research, and external partnerships
• Trusted Advisor to Leadership Partner closely with Executive Leadership Team members and Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, succession considerations, and hiring strategy
• Build Leadership Talent Pipelines Create and maintain proactive pipelines of executive and senior management talent for current and future business needs
• Executive Candidate Experience Deliver an exceptional candidate journey through a highly personalized, professional, and confidential search approach that reflects the CYBEX premium brand
• Executive Assessment & Selection Drive robust assessment and selection processes utilizing structured interviews, leadership evaluation techniques, and evidence-based hiring methodologies
• Executive Search Analytics Track and analyze executive hiring metrics, market trends, talent availability, and search effectiveness to support strategic decision-making

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Extensive professional experience in Executive Search, Leadership Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related talent advisory function
• Track record of successfully hiring senior leadership and executive talent (Director, VP, SVP, C-Level) in international organizations
• Experience assessing executive talent using structured evaluation methods, competency frameworks, and evidence-based selection approaches
• Experience either within a leading Executive Search firm or as an in-house Executive Search professional
• Strong capabilities in direct search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive assessment methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior executives and business leaders
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate business strategy into executive talent strategies
• Experience with ATS and HRIS solutions, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
• Assessment Center Experience is a Plus
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence
• Fluent English required; German is highly desirable
