CYBEX GMBH in Bayreuth, Germany is seeking an Executive Talent Acquisition Lead to drive end-to-end leadership hiring across the globe.

You will build leadership talent pipelines, map markets, and partner with the executive team to ensure a premium candidate experience while upholding CYBEX's values.

This role requires fluent English, German preferred, strong assessment skills, and experience with ATS/HRIS tools; SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.

• Develop and execute innovative executive sourcing strategies
• Advise leadership on talent availability, succession, and hiring strategy
• Create and maintain proactive leadership talent pipelines for current/future needs
• Deliver high-quality candidate experience reflecting CYBEX premium brand
• Drive robust assessment and selection using structured evaluation methods
• Track executive hiring analytics to inform strategic decisions

• Executive Search & Leadership HiringLead end-to-end executive search processes for Director, VP, SVP, and other strategically critical leadership positions across CYBEX globally
• Talent Mapping & Market IntelligenceConduct continuous market mapping and competitor analysis to identify high-potential leadership talent and provide talent market insights to senior stakeholders
• Strategic Executive SourcingDevelop and execute innovative executive sourcing strategies utilizing direct search, networking, talent pools, industry research, and external partnerships
• Trusted Advisor to LeadershipPartner closely with Executive Leadership Team members and Hiring Managers, providing guidance on talent availability, succession considerations, and hiring strategy
• Build Leadership Talent PipelinesCreate and maintain proactive pipelines of executive and senior management talent for current and future business needs
• Executive Candidate ExperienceDeliver an exceptional candidate journey through a highly personalized, professional, and confidential search approach that reflects the CYBEX premium brand
• Executive Assessment & SelectionDrive robust assessment and selection processes utilizing structured interviews, leadership evaluation techniques, and evidence-based hiring methodologies
• Executive Search AnalyticsTrack and analyze executive hiring metrics, market trends, talent availability, and search effectiveness to support strategic decision-making

Your stroll to CYBEX:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Extensive professional experience in Executive Search, Leadership Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or a related talent advisory function
• Track record of successfully hiring senior leadership and executive talent (Director, VP, SVP, C-Level) in international organizations
• Experience assessing executive talent using structured evaluation methods, competency frameworks, and evidence-based selection approaches
• Experience either within a leading Executive Search firm or as an in-house Executive Search professional
• Strong capabilities in direct search, talent mapping, market intelligence, and executive assessment methodologies
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior executives and business leaders
• Strong commercial understanding and ability to translate business strategy into executive talent strategies
• Experience with ATS and HRIS solutions, ideally SAP SuccessFactors
• Assessment Center Experience is a Plus
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and executive presence
• Fluent English required; German is highly desirable
