HartleyCo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Founding Team) in Berlin or Munich, offering hybrid work. You will own features from idea to production, building across React, TypeScript, Next.js and Python, with a focus on designing and shipping LLM-powered features. You will help set engineering standards and shape the product alongside the founders.

The role emphasizes early ownership in a small team, with opportunities to influence architecture and tooling as the company grows.

Formación

• 5+ years building and shipping production software.
• Strong React, TypeScript and Next.js.
• Solid Python with hands-on AI/ML or LLM experience.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and moving fast in a small team.
• Startup or founding engineer experience is a big plus.

Responsabilidades

We’re a Series A startup building AI driven products, with offices in Berlin and Munich. The engineering team is still small, so this is an early hire with real ownership. You’ll help shape the product, the architecture and how we build.

What you’ll do
