A growing SaaS business is looking for a hands on Lead Software Engineer to join a product engineering team building and scaling customer facing platforms used across Europe.

This is a technical leadership role where you'll lead a small team of engineers while remaining actively involved in architecture, development, and delivery. The company is investing heavily in platform modernisation, cloud infrastructure, and AI assisted engineering workflows.

You'll work closely with Product, DevOps, Architecture, and senior leadership to help shape the next generation of the platform while improving engineering standards, scalability, and delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a small team
