Frisbii is seeking a motivated Full Stack Engineer with a frontend focus to work on AI-native software platforms using Angular, Java Spring Boot, and AWS. You will design, develop, and maintain production-grade applications, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver impactful features.

You will shape how AI coding agents are configured and guided within the workflow, review agent outputs, and contribute to our AI-driven delivery pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years software engineering experience.
• Experience configuring AI coding agents in development workflows.
• Experience with AI coding agents in production and reviewing outputs.
• Ability to write clear task/context for agents/teammates.
• Proficient in Angular and TypeScript (preferably Angular 19+).
• Backend experience in Java/Spring Boot; REST knowledge.
• Experience with Microservices and testing (E2E).
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.

This position is open to candidates based near one of our offices in Germany (Frankfurt, Berlin, or Kempten im Allgäu), Poland (Gdansk) or France (Montpellier or Paris).

Role Purpose

We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus who works AI-native - someone who doesn't just use AI tools to autocomplete code but operates AI coding agents as part of how they build software day to day: decomposing work, directing agents through implementation, and verifying their output critically. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain real-world product platforms on stack comprising Angular, Java, Spring Boot and AWS. Alongside feature work, you will contribute to the continual cycle of improvements to our AI-native ways of working. You will collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to apply sound engineering principles, write high-quality code, and build reliable solutions that solve real business problems at scale.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and maintain modern, high-quality applications.
• Translate product and business requirements into scalable, intuitive, and performant user interfaces
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers and engineers to deliver end-to-end features with real customer impact
• Own features from concept to production, including implementation, testing, and long-term maintainability
• Use AI coding agents as a core part of your workflow: break down work into agent-executable tasks, direct agents through implementation and review their output before it ships
• Contribute to the documentation and tooling that improve how the whole team works with AI, building on our existing AI-driven delivery pipeline
• Design clean, testable and well-documented code, following best practices and internal standards
• Contribute to and evolve our front-end architecture, design system and shared Angular libraries
• Ensure high quality through E2E, integration, component testing and actively participate in code reviews
• Optimize applications for performance, accessibility and internationalization in a multi-market SaaS environment
• Participate in technical discussions and architectural decisions, bringing ideas and proposing improvements

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience
• Experience shaping how AI coding agents are configured and guided within a development workflow
• Practical experience working with AI coding agents in production settings, beyond autocomplete-style assistance, including reviewing and correcting their output
• Comfort working in a spec-driven way: writing clear task/context definitions that an agent (or a teammate) can execute against
• Experience in Angular and modern TypeScript, preferably Angular 19+ and ES2022+, Angular Material and CDK experience
• Backend experience in Java / Spring Boot
• Experience with Microservices & REST
• Solid E2E testing experience (Playwright or Cypress preferred)
• Experience with peer reviewing and ability to work independently as well as in a team, at a high standard
• A desire to learn, grow, and contribute meaningfully in a supportive team environment
• Good written and verbal English communication skills

• A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a similar technical field
• Experience with Git and GitHub workflows
• Experience of agile methodologies
• Angular component testing and unit testing
• Internationalization (Crowdin with ngx-translate), ESLint experience
