Zusammenfassung

Sungrow Europe seeks a Senior Service Partner Development Manager to lead the upgrade of our service partner framework across the EMEA region. You will drive development, evaluation and optimization of the partner network to enhance service coverage, quality and business growth.

You will negotiate and implement long-term framework agreements with strategic service partners, aligning operations with technical and commercial goals.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years in service partner management, supplier management, or service operations.
  • Experience with framework agreement negotiation and understanding of service pricing logic.

  • Lead upgrade of the service partner management framework across the EMEA region.
  • Drive development, evaluation, and optimization of the regional service partner network.
  • Negotiate, implement and improve long-term framework agreements with strategic service partners.
  • Interface between service operations, technical teams, and commercial stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define and maintain operational guidance documents (labor/material definitions).

  • You will work closely with technical teams to define, update, and maintain crucial operational guidance documents, including labor and material definitions.
  • You will establish and maintain transparency on partner‑related cost structures, supporting analysis and identifying improvement opportunities.
Your profile

  • You demonstrate excellent communication and coordination skills, especially within cross‑regional teams.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken; Chinese language skills are a plus.
  • You can work independently and effectively manage urgent topics within a dynamic regional environment.
