Job Title: Channel Service Manager
Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Main Responsibilities
- Establish the operation system for the corresponding service partners, continuously improve the business efficiency of service partners through partner certification, authorization, and appraisal, and ensure business compliance.
- Develop talent development strategies, partner capability frameworks, and course systems for service partners, and support the development, construction, and operation of partners' training services based on the unified partner enablement platform.
- Be responsible for the quality and security qualifications of the corresponding service partners during business implementation, process review and improvement, and implementation of cyber security and privacy protection compliance and information security.
- Develop Installers to participate with Huawei certification and enablement Training through program policy adaption and incentive related evaluation. Focus on service partner operation and satisfaction assurance to improve installers experience & service quality.
- Evaluation for current service partners and working on filling and enhancing the gaps for a better future appraisal.
- Listen to the partner and guide them closely step by step to become a solid channel service partner.
Requirements
- PV industry knowledge – Understand how inverters, batteries (ESS), and PV systems work.
- Channel / Partner management experience – At least 2–3 years managing external installers, dealers, or service partners (HVAC, battery storage, electrical equipment, or similar B2B industrial channels is highly relevant).
- Technical support ability – Comfortable diagnosing and resolving technical issues with installers (physical panel installation experience is preferred but not mandatory; channel experience with ESS/HVAC is more important).
- Project management skills – Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate service activities across multiple partners.
- Customer & partner communication – Strong relationship management, conflict resolution, and clear communication with installers, internal teams, and customers.
- Language – Excellent English (negotiation level). German is very helpful for local installers; any other European language is a plus.
- Experience – Minimum 3 years working experience overall.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous onsite PV installation experience (electrician or PV technician background is a plus).
- Chinese language.
