About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Programme Manager with deep expertise in programme management of Large SAP transformation programmes. The ideal candidate should have delivery experience of large transformation programmes with multiple tracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Programme Leadership: Act as a single point of contact from customer for successful delivery of SAP Programmes (Greenfield or Brownfield).
• Team Coordination: Ability to manage cross functional and technical teams across SAP Functional and Technical landscape.
• Planning & Management: Excellent Planning and Management skills.
• Commercial Oversight: Manage Commercials of the programme and ensure on time and quality deliverables.

Required Skills and Experience

Primary Skills:

• Language: Fluent German speaking is mandatory.
• Programme Management: Extensive experience in Programme Management for SAP S/4 HANA programmes.
• Delivery Models: Proven ability to manage complex delivery models.
• Domain Expertise: At least 1 implementation must be in the Auto/Manufacturing domain.
• Stakeholder Management: Delivery management experience handling senior stakeholders on the client side and internal stakeholders.
• Methodology: Working knowledge of the RISE Activate methodology.

What We Do Not Want:

• Candidates who manage support, AMS, or service delivery.
• ABAP or Integration consultants.
• Pre-sales or Sales candidates who have not managed complex delivery.
• Candidates who have not worked on the System Integrator side.

Experience & Qualification Requirements

• Total Experience: 12+ Years (12-15 years preferred) of demonstrated experience in SAP programme management.

Eligibility & Work Model:

• Hybrid Structure: Munich, Germany (Minimum 1-2 days per week required onsite).
• Hiring Mode: Third Party (TP).
• Work Authorization: Candidates must possess a valid, unrestricted legal right to work in Germany.

Salary: EUR 60750 - 74250 per year
