What You Bring

• Completed studies in business administration, informatics, or a comparable field — or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 10 years of project management experience, ideally in SAP ERP and S/4HANA transformations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related areas such as supply chain, CRM, and analytics.
• Familiarity with cloud-based implementations and clean-core requirements.
• PMP or equivalent certification. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. SAP Activate, Scrum, agile approaches).
• Proven track record in leading large project teams and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills, with strong process and industry know-how (manufacturing, telecoms, energy, electronics, healthcare).
• Fluency in German and English.
• Strong initiative, decision-making ability, organizational talent, and willingness to travel nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities

• As a Senior Project Manager SAP, take overall responsibility for the planning and execution of complex SAP programs.
• Lead international project teams, ensure project success, and drive customer satisfaction in high-impact transformation environments.
• Act as the client’s strategic partner in defining and implementing business strategies, processes, and governance structures.
• Assume responsibility for the technical and organizational management of large SAP programs (>50 team members).
• Deliver projects with volumes up to €30 million on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
• Plan, manage, and control resources in international and multidisciplinary projects with profit & loss accountability.
• Monitor project progress, report on KPIs, and document results, lessons learned, and best practices.
