Diconium in Germany is seeking a Senior Salesforce Consultant with a focus on Digital Sales and CRM to drive value for automotive clients. You will manage projects independently in a hybrid setup and design Salesforce-based processes and features across the customer journey.

You will lead requirements engineering, business process analysis, and the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations while collaborating with strategy, UX, and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce.
• Minimum three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.
• Strong background and experience in requirements management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent German and English (C1 level or higher).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and configuration options.

• Provide high-quality, technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment.
• Manage projects independently and in a structured, service-oriented way.
• Design processes and features for digital services within Salesforce.
• In agile projects, act as Proxy Product Owner where needed.
• Advise on operationalization of digital solutions across the Customer Journey.
• Coordinate between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation.
• Perform requirements engineering and business process analysis.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

• You will provide high-quality, technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment, offering expert guidance to our clients.

• You will manage projects independently and in a structured manner , always with a service-oriented and customer-focused approach.

• You will design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem.

• In agile projects, you may take on the role of Proxy Product Owner (PO), providing key support in driving the project forward.

• You will advise clients on the operationalization of digital solutions across the entire Customer Journey within the Salesforce context.

• Acting as the interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation , you will ensure that customer requirements are successfully integrated into Salesforce solutions.

• You will perform requirements engineering and business process analysis , offering guidance on improving business processes.

• Additionally, you will assist with the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations, ensuring that technical solutions are perfectly tailored to customer needs.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce.

• Minimum of three years’ experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.

• Strong background and experience in requirements management.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills , with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.

• Fluent German and English skills are required (C1 level or higher).

• Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities , enabling you to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products , their features, and configuration options, paired with excellent technical understanding.

• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the role. Sharing your knowledge and experience with others is important to you.
