Job summary

Diconium seeks a seasoned Salesforce consultant to lead digital sales and CRM projects for automotive clients in Germany. You will guide end-to-end Salesforce solutions, from discovery to implementation, aligning business needs with technical delivery.

With strong German and English communication, you will collaborate across strategy, UX, and tech teams, driving requirements and process improvements that shape customer journeys in Salesforce environments.

Qualifications

• Fluent German at C1 level or above is mandatory.
• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and CRM using Salesforce.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in the role.
• Strong background in requirements management.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, technology-specific consulting in the Salesforce environment.
• Manage projects independently and in a structured manner with a service-oriented approach.
• Design processes and features for digital services and products within Salesforce.
• In agile projects, act as Proxy Product Owner and support project progress.
• Advise clients on operationalization of digital solutions across the Customer Journey in Salesforce.
• Interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation; ensure requirements are integrated into Salesforce solutions.
• Perform requirements engineering and business process analysis; guide process improvements.
• Assist with the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations tailored to customer needs.

• You will design processes and features for digital services and products within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• In agile projects, you may take on the role of Proxy Product Owner (PO), providing key support in driving the project forward.
• You will advise clients on the operationalization of digital solutions across the entire Customer Journey within the Salesforce context.
• Acting as the interface between strategy consulting, UX, and technical implementation, you will ensure that customer requirements are successfully integrated into Salesforce solutions.
• You will perform requirements engineering and business process analysis, offering guidance on improving business processes.
• Additionally, you will assist with the operational implementation of Salesforce configurations, ensuring that technical solutions are perfectly tailored to customer needs.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• Fluent German skills at C1 level or above are mandatory for this position, as you will regularly communicate and collaborate with German-speaking clients. We can only consider candidates who meet this language requirement.
• Solid expertise in Digital Sales and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) using Salesforce.
• Minimum of three years of experience in sales and marketing projects within the automotive sector.
• You have at least 6 years of relevant experience in the role.
• Strong background and experience in requirements management.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, their features, and configuration options, paired with excellent technical understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (in German and English), with the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way.
• Strong abstract thinking and analytical abilities, enabling you to solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions.
