In order for us to grow and develop as an up-and-coming development, production, maintenance and repair company for aircraft and general aviation components operating throughout Europe, we are looking to strengthen our dedicated team.

We would like to expand our team and are therefore looking for you as

Senior Sales Manager (all genders*) – Business Aviation

  • As an experienced Sales Manager, you will build and maintain long-term relationships with aircraft owners, operators, brokers, and other key stakeholders.
  • You will proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities for aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services within the business aviation sector.
  • Outbound sales activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and customer visits will be part of your daily routine to generate and qualify leads.
  • Your passion for sales drives you to develop and manage a strong portfolio of potential clients, actively guiding prospects through the entire sales funnel — from lead to close.
  • You will represent the company at aviation trade fairs, conferences, and industry events, enhancing brand visibility and generating new business opportunities.
  • You will be work closely with internal teams including operations, customer support, and technical departments to tailor proposals and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.
  • You set ambitious goals, pursue them with determination, and regularly review your progress to ensure continuous growth and success.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Aviation Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, ideally within the aviation, MRO, or technical services industries
  • Strong technical understanding of complex products and service solutions — experience in aviation is a major advantage
  • Proven track record in independently managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract closure
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (German or other languages are a plus)
  • Enthusiastic about international travel to meet customers and attend aviation trade shows
  • Known for your sense of humour, initiative, and hands-on mentality — you think creatively and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team
