The role focuses on placing senior professionals on contract in the Energy sector. The role –

As part of an expanding team of 6, the successful candidate will be placing senior level professionals on a contract basis. You’ll recruit within the DACH region and become a leader within the Düsseldorf branch.

You will join a high performing team who are working with a well-established client base, comprised of some of the world’s leading Energy and Infrastructure brands. Therefore, the successful candidate will be required to maintain existing client relationships whilst confidently approaching prospective clients to bring on new business.

With excellent training & tools, you'll have the support to grow into leadership & senior level roles.

Qualifications

• You will have at least 3-4 years 360 contract recruitment experience, doing both business development and candidate sourcing
• Must speak fluent Germany and English
• Right to work in the EU is required
• Experience in the Energy (specific renewables or power generation) or Infrastructure sector advantageous
• Have proven and consistent billing history
• Confident to expertly network with global candidates and clients
• Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously
