Your profile

• Several years of experience in personnel consulting, recruitment or in a consulting‑related environment
• Demonstrable success in business development, candidate management, or leadership
• Market understanding in one of our or adjacent segments (e.g. Finance, Data & AI, Sales, Interim)
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility and consulting skills
• Very good German and English skills
• Openness to new structures, markets, or further development steps
