Senior Project Manager - BESS - HV Projects - Berlin / Frankfurt is sought to lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage projects across Germany. You will run development through construction, commissioning and handover with a focus on schedule, cost, quality and safety.

You will coordinate engineering, permitting, procurement and construction teams, manage relationships with TSOs, authorities and investors, and report to senior management.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience delivering large-scale renewable energy or infrastructure projects.
• Experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of project execution within the German energy sector.
• Experience managing external stakeholders, contractors and complex project environments.

The Company

A rapidly growing renewable energy developer focused on accelerating Germany’s energy transition through utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). With a 10GW+ development pipeline and a growing portfolio of large-scale projects across Germany, the company is playing a key role in enabling grid flexibility and supporting the integration of renewable energy.

Backed by strong financial support and an experienced international team, the business is expanding its project delivery capabilities and is looking for a Senior Project Manager to support the execution of major energy infrastructure projects.

The Opportunity

The company is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the delivery of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage projects across Germany.

You will oversee projects from late-stage development through construction, commissioning and operational handover, working closely with internal teams, contractors, investors and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of utility-scale BESS projects from development through to commercial operation.
