Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of technology projects, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success criteria, aligning projects with overall business objectives
• Establish clear and effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure proper product readiness for serial production and drive the related transition(s) of new products into serial production
• Identify and address resource constraints, bottlenecks, and potential risks to project success
• Provide regular project updates, reports, and presentations to senior management, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals
• Enforce quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle
• Participate in the process of documenting technical best practice and standards for production

Your profile

• A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a technical or scientific area with at least 5 years of work experience in project management
• Demonstrated experience in management of complex projects in highly dynamic environment(s).
• Project Management Certification, PMI, IPMA, PMP, … would be an advantage
• Capability to review technical designs
• Excellent interpersonal & networking skills
• Analytical mindset
• Very good communication and presentation skills on multiple organizational levels
• Customer- and goal-oriented working style with a high degree of sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills in English
