Kloepfel Group sucht eine erfahrene Führungskraft als Head of Project Management (m/f/d) in Augsburg. Sie gestalten die Strategie und Weiterentwicklung der PM-Abteilung, optimieren Prozesse und steuern CIP-Projekte.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Management und Stakeholdern zusammen und führen Teammitglieder projektbasiert. Sie bringen mehrjährige PM-Erfahrung, Führungsqualitäten und exzellente Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit.

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Ingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar.
• Mehrjährige PM-Erfahrung, ideal in Maschinenbau oder Sonderfahrzeugbau.
• Führungserfahrung sowie Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse QS-Standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) und FMEA.
• Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen und PM-Tools.
• Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.

Aufgaben

• Strategische Ausrichtung und Weiterentwicklung der PM-Abteilung.
• Prozess-, Arbeitsabläufe- und Dokumentationsoptimierung.
• Förderung und Steuerung kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozesse (CIP).
• Achtung und Moderation der Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern.
• Beratung interner Stakeholder in PM-Themen.

Head of Project Management (m/f/d)

Location: Augsburg

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Project Management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Under the roof of Kloepfel Group Specialized companies are forming for cost reduction and process optimisation in medium-sized enterprises. The group meets all needs, from process and cost optimisation, through digitalisation, outsourcing, product cost calculation, supplier management and global sourcing, qualification, right up to recruitment and interim management.

Responsibilities

• Actively shaping the strategic direction and further development of the Project Management department
• Optimisation of internal processes, workflows and documentation
• Promotion and control of continuous improvement processes (CIP)
• Execution and moderation of regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
• First escalation and decision-making level for project-related issues
• Close cooperation and regular exchange with management and executive leadership
• Consulting internal stakeholders on project management-related topics
• Identification of risks and initiation of appropriate countermeasures
• Balanced representation of project management interests, taking the overall organisation into account
• Technical leadership and motivation of project teams
• Living the company values and fostering a positive team culture
• Ensuring the achievement of goals within projects
• Staff control and deployment planning within the scope of project work

Qualifications

• Completed studies in engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in mechanical engineering or special vehicle construction
• Leadership experience, as well as strong communication and assertiveness skills
• Sound knowledge of quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 14001) and FMEA
• Experience with ERP systems and project management tools
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
• Very good German and English skills
