Job summary

K-Recruiting GmbH is seeking a Senior Program Manager (M/F/D) for a 12-month remote engagement. The role centers on delivering program management expertise for strategic initiatives in DX-DSS with a focus on Data Governance and RWE/DataE2E processes.

The candidate will coordinate cross-functional activities, manage timelines and budgets, and drive continuous improvement across the project scope. Ideal applicants hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher and have 10+ years of international program

Responsibilities

• Deliver program management expertise for strategic initiatives with focus on governance and data processes.
• Coordinate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders to maintain transparency on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate interactions with stakeholders and maintain transparency on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities across defined workstreams and provide visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks and budget impacts.
• Analyze program metrics and prepare data-driven reporting and recommendations for stakeholders within the project scope.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement within the project scope.
