Job summary

K-Recruiting Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Germany to lead strategic initiatives within DX-DSS, focusing on Data Governance and RWE/data end-to-end processes. The role requires steering cross-functional teams, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and delivering on priorities with transparent timelines.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or higher with 10+ years in international program management, plus pharma industry experience and Lean Six Sigma or PMP

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders including external partners.
• Strong communication and influencing skills across seniority levels, including leadership.
• Ability to coach, foster accountability, and support performance.
• Navigate ambiguity and make tough decisions in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or strong experience in process improvement; pharma industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver program management expertise for strategic initiatives within a defined project scope (DX-DSS) with focus on Data Governance and RWE/Data E2E processes.
• Coordinate project-related interactions with internal and external stakeholders; facilitate transparency on priorities, timelines and deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder interactions and maintain visibility on timelines and deliverables across teams.
• Coordinate activities across defined workstreams and provide visibility on timelines, dependencies, risks and budget impacts.
• Analyze program metrics and prepare data-driven reporting and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement within the project scope.
