Zusammenfassung

innoscripta GmbH is seeking a Senior Professional Talent Sourcing (all genders) to strengthen our Executive & Professional Sourcing team in Munich. You will own the end-to-end sourcing process, develop search strategies, and fill senior positions within a B2B environment.

You will design innovative sourcing approaches, build talent pools, and collaborate with hiring managers and engineering to enhance our ATS and AI-driven recruiting solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in Active Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search for senior roles.
• Proven ability to fill challenging specialist and leadership positions in a B2B environment.
• Strong sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Knowledge of Talent Mapping and modern sourcing methodologies.
• Ability to conduct structured interviews and manage stakeholders professionally.
• Interest in digital recruiting technologies and AI-powered solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for exceptional talent to join our team. We are seeking an entrepreneurial and driven Senior Professional Talent Sourcing (all genders) to strengthen our Executive & Professional Sourcing team and actively shape our talent acquisition strategy.

At innoscripta, you won't just work with modern recruiting technologies, you'll help build them. Together with our Engineering team, you'll contribute to the continuous development of our in-house ATS and AI-powered recruiting solutions, identify optimization opportunities, and help create an innovative, efficient, and candidate-centric hiring experience.

Your Responsibilities

Take ownership of the entire talent sourcing process, from developing search strategies and direct sourcing to successfully filling open positions

Design and implement innovative active sourcing strategies for specialist and leadership roles

Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other relevant platforms while building sustainable talent pools

Conduct structured interviews and professionally assess candidates

Partner closely with hiring managers, providing strategic guidance on sourcing and recruitment initiatives

Analyse recruiting KPIs and continuously optimize recruiting processes and the candidate experience

Collaborate with our Engineering team to enhance and further develop our proprietary ATS and AI-driven recruiting solutions

Your Profile

Do you have experience in Active Sourcing and filling challenging positions while being passionate about driving innovation in recruiting? Then we'd love to hear from you.

Several years of experience in Active Sourcing, Talent Acquisition, or Executive Search, with a focus on filling challenging specialist and key positions in a B2B environment

Strong experience sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels

Solid knowledge of Talent Mapping, Boolean Search, and modern sourcing methodologies

Experience conducting structured interviews and managing stakeholders professionally

An analytical, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style with a strong service mindset

Enthusiasm for digital recruiting technologies and AI-powered sourcing solutions

Excellent communication skills, along with fluent German and English
