INNOCEAN Worldwide Europe GmbH is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruiting for complex, senior-level roles and to shape Talent Acquisition strategies across the organization.

You will partner with Hiring Managers, drive proactive sourcing, and establish strong candidate experiences in an international and dynamic environment, with hybrid work setups in Frankfurt am Main or Berlin.

Qualifikationen

• Six+ years of solid Talent Acquisition/Recruiting experience.
• Experience independently managing complex senior-level recruiting processes.
• Strong active sourcing expertise and building talent pipelines.
• Advising Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders on recruitment approaches.
• Experience with structured interviewing and clear evaluation criteria.
• Ability to translate recruiting data/KPIs into actionable improvements.

That is why we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager who combines strong recruiting expertise with the ambition to continuously improve how we attract, assess and hire great people.

You will join an existing recruiting setup and bring additional seniority, new perspectives and professional sparring to the team. Alongside your own recruiting mandate, you will have the opportunity to shape selected Talent Acquisition topics and help us create an excellent recruiting experience for candidates, Hiring Managers and our internal team.

Your core responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for complex and senior-level roles - from intake and search strategy through sourcing, interviews and selection to offer management and closing.
• Drive proactive sourcing and talent pipelines by developing targeted search strategies, approaching relevant talent and building sustainable networks for recurring and business-critical profiles.
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers to define realistic, market-relevant profiles, share insights on candidate availability and compensation expectations, and advise on the most effective hiring approach.
• Strengthen hiring quality by supporting Hiring Managers with structured interviews, clear evaluation criteria and well-founded hiring decisions.
• Create an excellent Candidate Experience through professional, transparent and consistent communication throughout the entire recruiting journey.

What you will help us shape

Beyond your day-to-day recruiting mandate, we want you to bring your experience, perspective and ideas to the continued development of Talent Acquisition at INNOCEAN. This may include:

• Continuously improving recruiting processes, standards and ways of working.
• Using recruiting data and relevant KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strengthening Talent Attraction and Employer Branding together with People & Culture, Marketing/Communications and our business teams.
• Exploring new recruiting technologies, automation and meaningful AI applications.
• Sharing your expertise and acting as a professional sparring partner within the recruiting team.

What you bring

• Several years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting, ideally around 6+ years.
• Proven experience independently managing complex and senior-level recruiting processes.
• Strong Active Sourcing expertise, particularly in Direct Search and building relevant talent pipelines.
• Experience advising Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.
• The confidence to constructively challenge requirements while offering pragmatic solutions.
• Good knowledge of structured interviewing and selection methods.
• Experience working with recruiting KPIs and translating data into concrete actions.
• A strategic and analytical mindset combined with a genuine hands-on recruiting approach.
• High ownership and the ability to independently drive topics from idea to implementation.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience in an international and dynamic environment; agency, marketing, digital or technology experience is a plus.
