Your Tasks

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Customer Fulfillment ecosystem
• Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes
• Drive product roadmap development and strategic planning across multiple sub-products
• Mentor a team of product managers
• Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders
• Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering, and business units
• Guide product development from conception through launch and beyond
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to shape product direction
• Ensure successful delivery of product initiatives across the portfolios

Your Profile

• Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Business administration, Informatics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience working in an agile organization as product owner or similar role (familiar with SCRUM/Kanban and tools like JIRA/Confluence)
• Proven track record in product management with scaled agile organizations, preferably in omni-channel retail environment
• Demonstrated success in leading multiple product teams
• Strong communication skills, flexibility and comfortable managing multiple topics at the same time
• Impact-oriented and a "Get things done" mentality
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
