Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI software engineer to design and deliver customer-centric AI solutions. You will build production-ready agents using Claude, OpenAI, and other platforms, and architect scalable LLM integrations across enterprise data environments.

You will own technical projects end-to-end, work closely with clients, and communicate complex decisions in business terms. Strong Python/SQL skills and data modeling are essential for measuring impact.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, AI or automation development.
• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI agents or LLM-powered applications.
• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and AI agent tools, including prompt engineering.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Demonstrated ability to own technical projects end to end, ideally in a client-facing or consulting environment.

• Contribute reusable patterns, components, and documentation to improve team delivery consistency.
• Provide constructive guidance to the delivery team and model strong documentation, SOP, and delivery standards.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and AI agent tools, including applied knowledge of prompt engineering.
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data.
• Demonstrated ability to own technical projects end to end, ideally in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Prepared to demonstrate or discuss an AI solution personally built, including the business problem, individual contribution, architecture, testing and failure handling, and measurable outcome or user impact.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and evolving AI landscapes.
• Proficient working with data models, automation frameworks, and AI-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or other programming languages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
