Job Description

We are on the lookout of (Senior) Product Manager to join the Central AdTech team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

At Delivery Hero, we are exploring the potential of AdTech to introduce people to new food they love and to enable our partners to meet their future customers at the perfect moment. a range of products that we have developed to offer advertising solutions for restaurants, which help them to increase their visibility and reach, improve their order conversion, and eventually drive more sales by covering the entire marketing funnel. Operating across about 50 countries around the clock, our AdTech connects the ideal advertiser with the ideal customer millions of times every day. In 2024/25, AdTech is a fundamental area for us on our path to profitability and is predicted to generate more than 1 billion euros in revenue for Delivery Hero; our innovative tech and product offering is the backbone of that development.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of advertising at Delivery Hero and drive innovation and growth in our global markets. Collaborating with a skilled team of engineers, designers, and marketers, you will build and scale our advertising platform, significantly impacting our business.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute on the strategy and roadmap for Delivery Hero's central Display Advertising service, encompassing both demand and supply sides. This includes identifying opportunities to improve ad performance, expanding inventory, and optimizing yield.

  • Partner with advertisers and globally spread stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive results. This involves gathering feedback, conducting market research, and building strong relationships.

  • Drive the cross-functional team (engineering, analytics, design, etc.) to define, measure, and achieve ambitious qualitative and quantitative goals. This includes setting clear KPIs, fostering collaboration, and ensuring accountability.

  • Clearly communicate product plans, progress, and results to a wide range of audiences, including internal partners, leadership teams, and global stakeholders. This involves creating compelling presentations, delivering impactful updates, and proactively managing communication channels.

Qualifications
  • You gained at least 4+ years of product experience working with an engineering team in ad tech

  • You have strong problem-solving skills - ability to breakdown a complex business problems, create visualizations to summarize data, and you havesound business judgment as well as ability to analyze qualitatively and quantitatively

  • You can synthesize a strategy, build a product roadmap, and are dedicated at executing to achieve your business goals

  • You are comfortable facilitating planning and decision-making across several teams, including partners, and know how to encourage and empower teams to get things done.

  • You possess the ability to piece together multiple data sources into actionable insights, focusing on strategic view, and youYou are a master of work prioritization by approving and disapproving various tasks, and help make prioritization tradeoffs more smooth.

  • You have a technical understanding of how to build products that scale, and have strong written and oral communications skills, and can clearly communicate to technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have
  • You gained at least 3+ years of professional experience in advertising and marketing technology
