You will scale campaigns, optimize product data feeds with tools like Productsup, ChannelPilot, and ChannelAdvisor, and collaborate with BI and pricing teams to deliver measurable results while leveraging automation and AI workflows.

Your Tasks

As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of our international performance channels, manage significant marketing budgets, and develop data-driven strategies that directly contribute to our growth. This role is about more than campaign optimization: you will identify opportunities to scale, automate processes, and leverage AI to make performance marketing more efficient, smarter, and future-ready.

Scale performance

• You design, manage, and optimize internationally scalable campaigns across our performance marketing channels – from Search and Shopping to price comparison platforms and Paid Social.

Own budgets and performance

• You manage significant marketing budgets and ensure that our channel and performance targets are achieved. You keep a close eye on KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, and CLV and translate insights into concrete optimization measures.

Drive automation and AI

• You challenge existing processes and identify new ways to make them more efficient. You use scripts, AI, and automated workflows strategically – for example, for campaign management, reporting, analysis, and recurring processes.

Turn data into growth

• You work with large datasets, conduct complex analyses, and identify opportunities for scaling, efficiency improvements, and sustainable growth.

Optimize product data

• You further develop our product data and feeds for different marketing channels and work with feed management and product data tools such as Productsup, ChannelPilot, or ChannelAdvisor.

Shape collaboration

• You work closely with Business Intelligence, Pricing, and other relevant stakeholders. You present your analyses and recommendations in a clear, structured, and compelling way and actively contribute your ideas to joint projects.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business, technology, or a comparable field.
• You have several years of professional experience in Performance Marketing or a comparable data-driven marketing environment.
• You have strong experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics and understand which levers truly drive performance.
• You enjoy working with large datasets and can translate numbers and insights into concrete decisions and actions.
• You have experience with automation, for example through Google Ads Scripts, automated reporting, AI-powered workflows, or comparable solutions.
• You take a data-driven approach, identify optimization and scaling opportunities, and are motivated to not only improve existing approaches but also rethink them.
• Ideally, you have already worked with Productsup, ChannelPilot, ChannelAdvisor, or comparable feed management solutions.
• You are able to turn complex analyses and recommendations into clear, compelling presentations for different stakeholders.
• You prioritize effectively, communicate clearly, and collaborate confidently with both internal and external partners.
