BlueOcean Technology GmbH in Berlin is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end, optimize budgets, and drive qualified leads for our growth engine.

You will build landing pages, set up conversion tracking, and create reports that tie spend to signed projects and revenue. This role blends hands-on execution with data-driven decision making in a hybrid Berlin office.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Very analytical and numbers-driven; able to build reporting and make budget calls from data.
• Basic experience organizing events, setting up landing pages, and implementing conversion tracking.

Responsabilidades

• Own and scale Google Ads and Meta Ads end-to-end — strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and optimization against CAC and pipeline targets.
• Build and maintain landing pages and conversion tracking to ensure spend translates to signed projects.
• Live in the numbers: build reporting, connect spend to sales revenue, and defend or adjust strategy based on data.
• Launch tests quickly with a KPI-driven mindset, and double down on what works; be prepared to adjust course.
• Be measured by outcomes: a blend of marketing performance and sales revenue, not marketing metrics alone.

Your Impact:

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you own performance marketing end-to-end: Google Ads and Meta Ads that turn budget into qualified leads. You work closely across Growth, Sales and Product and our first Marketing FTE.

• Own and scale our Google Ads and Meta Ads accounts end-to-end — strategy, budget allocation, creative testing, and continuous optimization against CAC and pipeline targets.
• Build and maintain landing pages and conversion tracking, so every euro of spend is measurable back to signed projects, not just clicks or impressions.
• Live in the numbers: build your own reporting, connect marketing spend directly to sales revenue, and be ready to defend or change course based on what the data shows.
• Bring a strong bias to action and a KPI-driven mindset — launch tests quickly, kill what doesn't work, double down on what does.
• Accept being measured the way we measure ourselves: on a blend of marketing performance and sales revenue outcomes, not marketing metrics in isolation.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.
• Very analytical and numbers-driven — comfortable building your own reporting and making budget calls from data, not gut feel.
• Basic experience organizing events, setting up landing pages, and implementing conversion tracking.
• Senior enough to own your channels end-to-end, but genuinely hands-on — open to supporting wherever needed, from fairs to PR to sales materials.
• C2-level German and working English.
• Based in Berlin.
