Job summary

JGA Recruitment Group is partnering with a global medical technology leader in Freiburg to recruit a Senior Payroll Analyst for its international payroll team. The role focuses on end-to-end payroll across Germany and other markets, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.

The successful candidate will work with HR, Finance and external providers, driving payroll process improvements, automation, and cross-border projects in a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in payroll, ideally within a multinational environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of German payroll legislation and compliance.
• Experience working across multiple countries or within a payroll service provider.
• Confidence managing external vendors and working with international stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in payroll transformation and process improvement.
• Fluent German and English.

We're working with a global leader in medical technology to recruit a Senior Payroll Analyst to join its international payroll team in Freiburg, Germany.
